Leslie Cohen is Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions for WarnerMedia, HBO/HBOMAX responsible for acquiring films from major studios, independent suppliers, international partners, and Latin content-including films, concerts, comedy specials, and series.
In 2010, with an eye for great programming and willingness to experiment, Leslie's acquisition of HBO's first Latin concert film (Pavel Nuñez) created a space into which would launch a Grammy award-winning and curated staple of concert films on the network.
Leslie’s acquisitions have included music from artists such as Romeo Santos, Carlos Santana, Juan Luis Guerra, Shakira, J Balvin, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Carlos Varela, the En Letra De Otro series with Pedro Capo, Farruko, Gente de Zona, and A Tiny Audience.
Leslie is a strong supporter of and partner to music studios, emerging independent artists, and producers worldwide. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from New York University.
