Rebeca León
Rebeca León is the CEO and Founder of Lionfish Entertainment, an artist management and production company operating in the music, film, TV, and digital businesses. Lionfish currently represents global phenomenon Rosalia, reggaeton’s hottest new face Lunay, and rising star St. Pedro. Previously as a manager, Rebeca worked with renowned Latin acts, including overseeing the longtime preeminence of Juanes, and the rise of pioneering urban superstar J Balvin. In 2019, Rebeca opened a production studio, where her focus is to develop content that borrows from her experiences from the music world to tell relevant stories that intersect across cultures and languages. Before Lionfish, Rebeca spent eleven years in the touring business, running Latin operations as SVP for AEG/Goldenvoice. Prior to touring Rebeca earned her stripes labels between EMI and Sony Music, where she started her career as an assistant. Rebeca currently resides in Miami Beach and Los Angeles with her husband and three dogs; Sookie, Olivia, and Biggie.
